Main structure and characteristics
 This roaster is a professional equipment used for drying , heat preservation and temperature rising of new steel ladle, old ladle, circulating ladle and working-in-production ladle etc. that are used for storing molten steel (iron) in iron& steel factory.
The equipment is mainly composed with burner nozzle, lighter, thermocouple, temperature meter, centrifugal draft fan, steel ladle cover, compensator, coal gas and air piping, ladle frame ,electric control chamber and hydraulic station etc.
The burner nozzle locates at ladle cover center, it is a sub-speed nozzle , its can generate a rigid ,long and parallel flame that sprays to the ladle bottom directly. The roasting temperature is distributed on the ladle lining evenly and the roasting speed is very quick. The burning capacity for the nozzle is adjustable and is suit for drying roasting and quick roasting. One constantly ignited burner nozzle ( that is lighter) is installed at underside of burner nozzle and this burner nozzle keeps on igniting in normal production process.
The conduit inner wall under the steel ladle cover is made from CQL high strength light mullite stone pouring material and structured with multi-hole mullite stone frame work.. Such structure make the product presents advantages of high operating temperature, light unit volume , low heat conduction factor and can be roasted quickly. The steel ladle cover is installed with thermocouple at its upside and the thermocouple is connected with digital meter in the electric control chamber for convenient adjustment of roasting temperature.
